Chicken Shack Cook Responsibilities:

Assist with preparing and cooking a variety of chicken dishes, sides, and sauces according to established recipes and standards
Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner to satisfy our customers
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces, to ensure a healthy and safe environment
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed to keep our kitchen well-stocked
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain the highest quality of food and service
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service

Chicken Shack Cook Requirements:

No prior professional kitchen experience is required, just a strong interest in cooking and a willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from others to ensure a smooth operation
Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
