Team Member Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and efficient customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments with a smile
Prepare and serve our delicious chicken dishes according to established recipes and standards
Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner to satisfy our customers
Keep the restaurant clean and organized, including equipment and work surfaces, to ensure a pleasant dining experience
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a healthy environment
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service

Team Member Requirements:

No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and grow with us
Good communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from others to ensure a smooth operation
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
